Directions From Western Kentucky Parkway take exit 58; travel north on U.S. 431 5 miles to unincoporated community of South Carrollton; turn left on Kentucky 81 and proceed to Sacramento. City Hall is located at 210 West Third Street.
 
 
 
Site Description
The Battle of Sacramento took place early in the Civil War, in December 1861. The ten-stop driving tour recreates its daring action and introduces the combats participants. C.S.A Lt. Col. Nathan Bedford Forrest emerged the victor. A free driving-tour brochure is available at the Sacramento City Hall, located at 210 West Third Street in Sacramento.
